Take I-90 (Thruway) west from Utica, to Exit 34A. Take I-481 south to I-81 south. Continue on I-81 south to Exit 12 Homer (NY 11-41-281). Follow signs for NY 281 (Ithaca). Take a left at the traffic light onto NY 281 south (West Rd.).

At A&W, NY 281 turns into NY 13. Continue ahead on NY 13 to Dryden. Turn right at the light (the old Brooklyn Diner) just past the Burger King, and continue on NY 13, down the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake into Ithaca.

Continue thru Ithaca on NY 13, until you intersect with NY 17. Head East on NY 17, until you reach the NY 352 exit 56 (E. Church St.) which will lead you into downtown Elmira, turning into Water St. Turn left onto Main St. The rink is on the corner of Main and Gray Sts.
